Grown in Kayanza, northern Burundi, this coffee is produced by over 1,000 smallholder farmers, each tending around 150 trees at elevations above 1,700 metres near the Kibila Forest. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and dried on raised beds, where they are regularly turned for even drying.
After milling, every bean is meticulously inspected by a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional quality and a distinctive, expressive flavour in every brew.
